Design set-up fees will apply to any first time orders or changes of existing files to different design templates. To avoid set-up fees, email us the high resolution back and front files- CMYK, 300 DPI. To reduce the set-up fee 50%, email us the text files for your menu and choose a template from catalog pages. Delivery charges will be calculated based on $1 per mile messured from our print shop to your location one way only. Deliveries longer then 250ml will be sold FOB our print shop dock for pick up by the customer or LTL trucking.
